My Review of Thomas Hyundai Subaru:
I was very satisfied with my experience using Thomas Subaru for the purchase of my new car. I had shopped in person and online for about 6 weeks before coming to Thomas, and had several pestering follow up phone calls from sales people who I specifically told my timeframe of 6 weeks to. I really appreciated the Thomas staff for the low pressure demeanor and up front pricing for both my new car and my trade in. Amanda made the whole experience easy and friendly and she did not waste my time.

My Review of Thomas Hyundai Subaru:
Jonathan was very receptive to hearing what I wanted and obtaining that specific car instead of trying to sell me one already in stock. I appreciated that. He adjusted the price to be in line with the other dealerships of which I had inquired.
Everything about the sale went very smoothly and I am enjoying my new Impreza.

My Review of Thomas Hyundai Subaru:
I am Vice President of Business Development at a local credit union, where one of our departments in indirect lending. I just bought my 8th Subaru, the the overall experience is not a 5 but a 10. I work with 34 dealerships, and must rate Thomas Subaru number one when working with them professionally and number one at a buying customer. This dealership works as a team in all phases there. Subaru should be so proud of this dealership. I have lots of friends and I know of 12 of them bought from this dealership. It made me look really good, as they thank me so much for sending them there. The product Subaru is all I will ever have. One of my other jobs was a Salesman at Commonwealth Chevrolet in Boston. Their dealership is much like this one. Very professional, the team works together to help each other with customers. At Thomas Subaru I have worked with Johnathan for my past 4 deals and to me and my wife he will always get our business. If for some reasons Johnathan would leave, which I hope he doesn't I would work with many of the Salesman there. I can not say enough about this dealership, other than if I were Subaru, I would make sure they would get lots of inventory to sell. From Chris Carpenter all the way down, they work professionally, but with their great demeanor, they make buying from them fun and you drive away one very happy customer!!! That is what we strive for where I work. Oh by the way, I am extremely happy with this dealership and all of their employees, all of them. And no, I am not related to anyone of them, but they do make you feel like family.

My Review of Thomas Hyundai Subaru:
I have given the ratings above because during my last visit, 4/12, I experienced excellent service and was happy with the outcome. I initially went for my service because of an oil change. I was aware that my car, Subaru 2001 Outback, would be in need of a brake service in the near future. I asked Jason if he could detail the potential service after the multi-point inspection was done. Jason complied and informed me of the remaining pad on the brakes and answered all of my questions as to how much longer the front and back pads would perform. After listening to Jason I felt that it would be best for convience and safety to take care of the issue right then. What I appreciated from Jason was that I didn't feel any pressure to complete the service, he was calm and answered/provided exactly what I asked. While I was waitng for this service I also spoke to Jonathan Loughrie, who sold me and my husband the Outback in 2009. Jonathan has always maintained a friendly and professional demeanor with me during my appt.s. After telling him what the service was, he offered a loaner car to run any errands that I might have. Though I declined, he stated to let him know if I changed my mind. In the past he has also offered me this and I have appreciated the thoughtfulness.

My brakes are working great and I appreciate the service I received--thank you.

I would recommend Thomas Subaru to anyone who is looking for a new/ used car. I have purchased 3 cars from Roman Spriggs, dealt with the service department for 3 years,and have nothing but great experiences to report. They are all so professional, the prices that I paid for my cars were very competitive, and the service is above great. The showroom is always immaculate, the coffee is fresh and all the employees I have dealt with are accommodating and friendly. I will be a Thomas Subaru customer always! Dinah Searles
