During my visit at Thomas Hyundai Subaru I purchased a used vehicle, a 2013 dodge dart. The salesman I dealt with was Johnathan Loughrie. He was a great salesman and I had a great experience with him. He answered all of my questions I had and helped me in every way possible. I have given this rating today because Thomas Hyundai Subaru is a great dealership and you always get good service and customer satisfaction when your there.

The dealership is very straightforward with their pricing which is awesome with their no haggle motto. Our salesperson was very informative and friendly.Very refreshing to have a woman salesperson at a car dealership.Would recommend the dealership.

When I first arrived on the lot to look at cars, Amanda came outside and was very helpful and knowledgable about the cars I was inquiring about. When I returned the next week, she helped me through the buying process and made sure I understood everything. She even set up my Bluetooth for me.
Shelly was also very helpful. She was very efficient in getting the paperwork going and getting all of the information she needed.
And last but not least, Brett quickly finished the process. I was very satisfied with all the employees that I encountered. I would highly recommend this dealership to my friends and family.

I had been looking for a new car for 5 or 6 months, and yet couldn't really make up my mind. I couldn't decide what I wanted or even if I wanted to buy a new or used car, but Johnathan was very patient. Never pushy. He would call or email if something came into the dealership he thought might be of interest to me. He allowed me the time and space I needed. I finally decided on the 2014 Subaru Forester and couldn't be more pleased. It fits my needs completely and somehow Johnathan knew this even before I did. He was friendly, helpful, and courteous. I'm very happy with my experience!

Our experience at Thomas Subaru was a great one. We knew that we wanted a Subaru to replace one of our current automobiles. We began looking at used ones but during our time there it was brought to our attention that we could get a new one for a great proce as well and we chose to purchase the new one instead. I was impressed with with Dylan's knowledge about the entire Subaru line of automobiles, it was in integral part in helping us decide which Subaru that we wanted to purcahse that day. I was surprised to learn that he was one of newest salesman in the delarship, based upon his knowledge of the products I assumed he had been there much longer. Great Job!! The fianancing department was excellent, friendly, efficent, and they worked hard to get us the best deal possible. Great Job!! When the time comes to replace another automobile we will most likely return to Thomas Subaru to purchase another one.

Thomas made the purchase of my new car very easy and we got the best deal for our trade-ins. They were very helpful and I would definitely buy another vehicle from them. I took my time in making the decision to purchase and they were very accommodating with my questions and tried to help me make the best decision for my purchase. The vehicle I wanted was not at their dealership and they went out of their way to make sure that I got exactly the vehicle that I wanted.

I have had a very good impression about Thomas and Bob Giffin. He sold my daughter her first car. I really like that you are not pressured into buying vehicles or looking at them either. He is very helpful and tells you everything about the car. I would definitely buy another car from thomas . We are a Thomas family, and when my son needs a car we will go to thomas. They are just like family.
