She made everything smooth, transparent, and enjoyable. It’s rare to meet someone who truly cares about their customers the way she does. However, I’d also like to point out one thing regarding the finance department. During the loan process, they ran four hard inquiries on my credit report, which negatively affects my score. In addition, even though my verified annual income is over $120,000, the approval amount was limited to around $50,000 — which was a bit disappointing, especially since other banks such as Chase, Credit Union, Ukrainian Bank, and KRFCU approved me for significantly higher amounts with no issues. Overall, it was a great experience thanks to Maria and the sales team — I truly appreciate their help. I just hope the finance department improves its approach to reviewing qualified customers in the future. More

My car was in for 90,000 mile maintenance service. Went fine. Only issue there was miscommunication from the service department as to what time the valet would pick up the car.
