This is the ONLY dealership I've ever been to that didn't creep me out with pushy, tricky salespeople. When I noticed a discrepancy in the price listed compared to what we were told over the phone, they reme creep me out with pushy, tricky salespeople. No one forced me to add any add-ons, they didn't hover over us on the lot, they didn't "ask for the sale" or any other sales technique that is cheesy and makes me uncomfortable. At no point did I want to run out of there screaming which is how I feel at every other dealership I've been to! In short, they made me feel good about spending my money there. The only negative I have is that the car was inspected (yay!) but not really cleaned on the inside. For the price, I can't really complain though. I'll put a little of my own elbow grease in and it'll be good as new. Thank you, Bruce, for staying late to get the job done and being courteous, professional and helpful the entire time. I love my father, he has stepped in since the death of my husband a couple of years ago, but if you know him you know he does not spend money without knowing it is well spent. I live in Ila, Georgia which is about 30 minutes from Athens. My father searched for over 2 weeks hoping to find the perfect truck. We thought we found one in Royston, but it had sold that morning. Daddy made some calls and was told about the truck in Thompson. This was about a 2 hour drive, but we headed that way. The folks there had put a sign on the truck saying to hold it until we got there. My Dad and son test drive the truck and ignored Bruce's telling them it was low on gas. Well, they ran out of gas as soon as they returned to the dealership. Bruce personally drove the truck to the station across the street and put in gas. My Dad tried his best and did get a little taken off the price. Bruce and all the people including the lady cleaning the place were so friendly. I think we met almost everyone there that day. This is a great group of folks and they seem to really care about their customers. Thank you Bruce and team! Oh and on the Monday after this Saturday, Bruce called to tell me I had won the TV that they held a drawing for! Wonderful dealership!!!! More

I had been searching for months for a clean used 1st generation Dodge Ram W150 4x4. I saw an ad on the internet for a 1993 model at the Thomson dealership and beagan my inquiry. Wonderful experience. Kenny was great to deal with. Very knowledgeable and was very attentive to our needs. We purchased two vehicles from the dealership at the same time. I have been in the past a "died in the wool" Chevy fan. But after driving the new RAM 1500 and comparing what you get in options with the Chevy Silverado, I think the Dodge RAM beats it hands down. The Sales Manager and his staff are way better and make the buying experience a pleasure than at any of the other dealerships for any brand that we have visited in the area. More
