Company truck ran flawless for 100,000 miles and is now nickle-diming me at almost $8,000.00 in re JD Powers most dependable, not in a million years. Company truck ran flawless for 100,000 miles and is now nickle-diming me at almost $8,000.00 in repairs with the odometer now at 138,000. The worst service department on the West Coast for diesel service. They could not locate a simple sensor and relay switch that was faulty and ended up changing a turbocharger, and glow plugs, and fuel injectors, and ECM resets, and a multitude of other repairs relating to non-required repairs. My Bad for trusting this dealerships service department. Took it to another dealership and it's now running like it used to. Lost service revenues to my company of around $38,000.00 for repair downtime. More
