In purchasing my vehicle, the salesman was extremely courteous. However, the Sales manager was very aggressive and at times visibly angry and inpatient when I asked him a questions. The manager actually raised his voice and in an intimidating fashion almost demanded that I had to purchase the vehicle.
Since the purchase, I have left numerous phone, text and email messages, which have not been returned. This is over a three week period.
The vehicle has trim falling off and has grinding noise coming from the transmission when shifting from 1st to 2nd . THis has been verified by a local mechanic.
As I live over 45 minutes away, I am not sure how to proceed with the repair of my new vehicle. The staff at Tiffanys absolutely will not respond to my calls and I am left with a vehicle I cannot use and no way of repairing it.
I would expect this from a third world business transaction, not from a Ford Dealership.
