I initially had a positive experience at the service center. They offered a loaner car, which was helpful. However, when I learned my warranty wouldn't cover everything and my out of pockets expenses we center. They offered a loaner car, which was helpful. However, when I learned my warranty wouldn't cover everything and my out of pockets expenses were around $3,000. This was more than I anticipated, so I decided to have the work done elsewhere. Unfortunately, the service rep, Jacob, seemed unhappy with my decision. He informed me I would be charged for the technician's time diagnosing the issue. His comment about needing to "feed their families" felt unprofessional and pressured me. Jacob sent me a bill for almost $1,000 for the diagnosis alone, which was significantly higher than the advertised $220 fee. I had to speak with the manager, John, to resolve the issue. Thankfully, John was understanding and reviewed the situation. He rectified the mistake and honored the original diagnosis price. While I appreciate John's intervention, the overall experience left me disappointed. That's why I'm giving a 3-star review. More

Been taking my car to Tim Dahle Infiniti for all my service since Ive owned the car. They have always treated me great. Jacob Alviso has been excellent to work with and has always taken care of me. I have an Infiniti Q60S and have used Tim Dahle Service for my last 4 vehicles but today I went in for a routine oil change and I have never been treated better. David was my service rep and he went out of for my last 4 vehicles but today I went in for a routine oil change and I have never been treated better. I had a headlight that needed replaced under warranty. I had dropped my car off the night before and was told it would be ready the next day. I never received any messages about the status of the car, so I had dropped my car off the night before and was told it would be ready the next day. I never received any messages about the status of the car, so I called around 1pm and was told it would be worked on as soon as they got a repair order number but it would be done. About 3 hours later I called and was informed they didn’t even look at it because they forgot to check the night drop box, and it was too late. This is all well and good but I live 200 miles away, and now I was going to have to make yet another trip down to have the car fixed. Nothing to compensate me for my time, and extra expense. I was told the service manager was going to call me personally and my phone still hasn’t rung. More
