I had a headlight that needed replaced under warranty. I had dropped my car off the night before and was told it would be ready the next day. I never received any messages about the status of the car, so I had dropped my car off the night before and was told it would be ready the next day. I never received any messages about the status of the car, so I called around 1pm and was told it would be worked on as soon as they got a repair order number but it would be done. About 3 hours later I called and was informed they didn’t even look at it because they forgot to check the night drop box, and it was too late. This is all well and good but I live 200 miles away, and now I was going to have to make yet another trip down to have the car fixed. Nothing to compensate me for my time, and extra expense. I was told the service manager was going to call me personally and my phone still hasn’t rung. More
I recently had my Q50 serviced and received excellent customer service from Andy and the entire Service Department there. I ended up having to leave my car for a few days, and a loaner was immediately pr customer service from Andy and the entire Service Department there. I ended up having to leave my car for a few days, and a loaner was immediately provided. Andy called or texted daily about the progress, so I was always well informed on the status of the work being done. It could not have been more painless. Kudos to Andy and the Service Dept. More
Online scheduling was easy. Had to wait 8 minutes before someone approached me to ask what I needed. Service was performed as needed and on time.
