Mike IN the service advisor was excellent. Explained my service request both before & after it was completed. Very thorough & professional. Easy to schedule a service appt. serviced QX60 Scheduling the appointment was quick on the phone. Had to drive to far for warranty work (live in Ogden). The dealership was very helpful with my transmission issue. We were having trouble while on the road and called the dealership. Once we arrived, they were extremely helpful in diagnosing and verifying that the replacement of the transmission was under warranty and took care of all of the repairs. Always acomodating very quick turnaround clean facility good snacks. Entrance to service is a bit awkward at an angle and blocks that driveway when waiting outside. All good nice people. good snacks.
