After two and a half long months! I FINALLY get my car back from the shop. For what I thought I was taking in to get a new pair of tires, my steering wheel locked. I towed it back, the “mechanic” said it’ back from the shop. For what I thought I was taking in to get a new pair of tires, my steering wheel locked. I towed it back, the “mechanic” said it’s because I needed to buy the other two tires because the thread was tricking the censor *buys another pair*. Drive off, locks again... tow it back... “mechanic” says I need another battery because it’s messing with the censor *Orders battery*. Told car was ready to pick and on my way they say Nevermind! It’s still not working! Two weeks go buy and still can’t figure it out! They fly in Infinit mechanics. They figure it out and it’s a censor which my steering. They have no idea when the part comes in because of back order! 2 months go buy and it’s finally ready. I am so xxxx pissed. I am not going to pay for that battery if they try and charge me for it. So a pair of tires turned into a nightmare and they still charged me for the battery. I highly suggest going somewhere else More

Mike IN the service advisor was excellent. Explained my service request both before & after it was completed. Very thorough & professional. Easy to schedule a service appt. The dealership was very helpful with my transmission issue. We were having trouble while on the road and called the dealership. Once we arrived, they were extremely helpful in diagnosing and verifying that the replacement of the transmission was under warranty and took care of all of the repairs.
