I had a service today that I had chosen the wrong selection in the app. There was a miscommunication that was my fault and a correction that wasn't correctly logged. I drive a long distance to go back to this dealership for service for the pleasant environment and great service. I appreciate the environment as a customer. But I love that the workers have a good place to work- to the extent I've seen because my Honda has required very little time at the dealership. More

after oil changed checked oil and the liner on hood was pulled loose and rep said they didn’t do it and brought tape gun out to tape it back up I slammed hood let them know I would not be the xxxx back.
