As I was searching for my new Dodge on a car website this dealership happened to have the car that met all of my requirements and the sale price caught my eye. I entered my information and I received a text message shortly after, mind you it was almost 2 am EST. That morning I received another follow up text message and a phone call. I don't live in Kty, but just over 8 hrs away. Long story short, Marcus, became my salesman, and within a short time I was on my way to purchasing my new car, sight unseen, totally via the internet. The approval process was so fast that I thought that I was being scammed. I have purchased a car this way before so I knew what the process entailed. After negotiations, arranging delivery of my new car and the picking up of my trade, I'd say they all did great even with a minor issue that occurred during delivery, but I'll have to take their word that the issue is being taking care of. Overall, my salesman was very friendly, respectful, and responded to my text messages and phone calls within a timely manner. The managers and other staff that I spoke with also had excellent customer service. The only thing that I did not appreciate was the fact that I thought that my brand new car would have under 50 miles like the odometer disclosure form that I signed said and not actually 473 miles when it was delivered to my front door. I also discovered that the top speed on the car was 101 mph and I found an empty can under the passenger seat. Very shocking; not good at all!!! I should have been the one to break my car in not someone else. A car at that price should have not been used for "joy riding" unless the SELLING PRICE reflected that. I definitely don't consider that many miles on the odometer a "NEW" car. Had I been able to be in person I would have known that the car didn't have 12 miles on it and I'd have negotiated a much lower price. I couldn't do anything about it once the deal was closed except to express to them how I felt; so if you ever buy a car online ask for a video call to check the car over firsthand, especially the mileage. Overall, I'd still recommend this dealership to anyone who lives in that city or other online, out-of-state shoppers like myself. More
I was not happy about the way the numbers were changed after we spoke without my knowledge, and then tried to lie when it was noticed. It was sneaky and not transparent. I was very disappointed. Salespeople were great at returning calls but that is all, this is after two seperate salespeople were assigned to me, asked them to not run my credit I was already preapproved and only wanted to go thru all, this is after two seperate salespeople were assigned to me, asked them to not run my credit I was already preapproved and only wanted to go thru that lending agency, started getting bank notices today. Less than 48 hours after purchasing vehicle lost its coolant, had the wrong coolant in it after I was told a safety check was performed, okay it’s used as is I understand things happen, called to get a copy for the dealer it was towed to, salesman said he would call me back after getting the information only to call me back and say hey you still got a great vehicle but we didn’t do a safety check we were getting ready to before you bought, vehicle now needs turbo lines and the cel that was on is both converters. This is after I asked if anything was wrong with vehicle any check engines lights anything and was told no. At this point reached out to the gm at his request who told me he would return my call after answering, never got the return call. Did they come pick me up yes, did I offer to pay for the pick up yes… did I have a way back home no … that’s my fault should have known not to trust them when they came to pick me up in a jeep and not the vehicle I purchased after requesting this. Not to mention took them almost an hour to find it but hey by that time it was dark. Overall just disappointed in this whole process. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Beware! !! Trying to save someone from this int he future. The most stressful, concerning, careless experience-- would never recommend working with this deale !! Purchased a vehicle and received a phone call 30 days later saying paperwork was lost and I had to sign a new agreement ASAP or they threatened that the owner would be sending drivers to take my car that night. I tried to call to understand more information as to why this was happening and why we could not use the hard copy I had. Managers would not answer the phone or speak to me, but had their finance department texting me pressuring me to sign. Ended up signing anew agreement as they pressured me. Heard nothing after signing. Followed up and found out they carelessly sent personal information documents to incorrect address so now I am dealing with a credit freeze and data leak. Extremely stressful, uncomfortable, and very unprofessional experience I would not recommend and hope to save others anything close to an experience like this. What I wish I knew: Not BBB accredited. mishandles sensitive information. Loses contracts and tells you day 30 so you cannot do anything about it but be bullied into signing another one. No manager contact or calls back when requested. Poor communication and follow up after mistakes were made. Multiple reported issues with this dealership across the board. More
