Very disappointed. I bought a used 2016 f-350 The dealership was supposed to clean truck which was very dirty because it was just taken in on a trade (lots of mud). T I bought a used 2016 f-350 The dealership was supposed to clean truck which was very dirty because it was just taken in on a trade (lots of mud). They just sprayed truck off is what it looked like. I had to stop on way home to clean windshield inside and out just so I could see to get home. The floor mats was piled in bed of truck and the jack was back there as well. Needless to say that floor mats were not cleaned at all. I asked the salesman about owners manual he said I could google it. When I got home I checked spare key of course it didn’t work wrong vehicle. I contacted salesman and he more or less said that was only keys he had. The spare had a tag on it for different vehicle from dealership. I asked him about code for keyless entry, his reply was for me to google it that was his answer for any questions that I had. My wife was going to buy a car there but after this no way in xxxx will I go back to Tim short More
