I unexpectedly had a vehicle issue and dropped it off for service. The service rep listened and made notes of the issue and explained the time frame before being seen due to other appointments. When I did receive a call from the service department everything was explained to me and I authorized repairs (dang squirrels). When I picked up my vehicle we went over all services again and cost.
