The Power of "Yes"! I have been to every other dealer in Charlotte, NC, and some in Pennsylvania. Everyone told me that there was no way to get me into a new car by mysel I have been to every other dealer in Charlotte, NC, and some in Pennsylvania. Everyone told me that there was no way to get me into a new car by myself. My credit score was too low. My income was too unique. The negative equity in my old car made it impossible to get a loan. When I walked into Tindol Ford, I was ready to hear another no. But instead they said, "let me try" AND TRY THEY DID!! Patrick and Robbie bounced around from this car to that car, different price points, different banks, trying EVERYTHING they could think of to get a "Yes". Three days later, they did just that. Yes, after them tirelessly working for me for three days, last night I got to drive home in a 2013 Ford Focus thanks to Patrick and Robbie. Not only did they get a yes on the car I wanted, there were a couple of cars i could choose from! This was a completely different buying experience than i've ever had or seen. Robbie's willingness to sit down with you, learn your story, see where you are and where you're going and then to take that information to the banks- you become a person, not just a name or a number. Patrick made himself available to me 24/7 throughout the process. He answered all of my dumb questions, kept me abreast of any changes in car or loan status, he even called me while he was at home to update me, and answered my texts at 10 pm! As long as I am in North Carolina, I am going to go back to Tindol for EVERY car i purchase. Honestly, if this dealership can help me get a new car, they can help anyone! More

Used Car-illegally passed for inspection-MUST READ I bought my first car here, expecting it to turn out as a great investment considering I would be buying it from a reputable dealership. It turned i I bought my first car here, expecting it to turn out as a great investment considering I would be buying it from a reputable dealership. It turned into a nightmare very quickly, after test driving the car I noticed that the steering was making an awful noise. I expressed my concerns to my salesman, Patrick Lubin who ensured it would be fixed. Shortly after I received a phone call from Robbie Cagle stating that he was not sure if the dealership would cover the cost of the repair because it was a used car. I then took the car to AAA to get it checked out and see what the real problem was so that I knew what I was getting into. They told me that it was the Steering axle as well as the strut and companion. They told me it was going to cost over $1,000 to fix it. I then brought this information back to the dealership and told them I would not buy the car unless this issue was fixed. AAA deemed the car not safe to drive and should not have passed the inspection Tindol Ford just passed it with, not ever stating any steering issues. This should have been my first red flag. However, I loved the car and wanted to make it work. Robbie was not thrilled that I called him and expressed that I got the car checked out and tried to argue with me over the phone. He was very rude and I could not believe that he was acting in the manner he was. He mocked me, asking me if I was a mechanic and telling me that the issue would not be fixed under the dealerships dollar. I got my father in law involved, who called Robbie and got him to somewhat cooperate, although he was very disappointed in the amount of professionalism he showed. My father in law was going to buy a Ford from Tindol and even joked that he wanted to trade in his brand new Ford F150 just so that he could buy one from Tindol. His mind is now changed and does not ever want to do business with Tindol again. He told Robbie that they illegally passed the car for inspection and that if nothing was done then he would turn them into the DMV. This must have scared Robbie because he then told my father in law that everything would be taken care of. I brought the car in the next day and it was there for a couple of days before I got it back. When I got it back I took it back to AAA where they told me that the repair was done soppily. I then contacted the dealership (once again). They said to bring it in and they would look at it. I brought it in and they took it back and worked on it again. The following week I got in my car to head to work and I could not even turn the steering wheel. I then brought the car back AGAIN…..they said they would take care of it this time, sending me to the Subaru side because the "ford side was too busy…..(and rude i might add). Got the car back again and then the steering messed up once more before I took it in again and they nicely fixed it. All in all, I would not suggest Tindol Ford because I think that the customer should come first. I also feel that upon buying a car from a dealership that is "reputable" you should not have to be worried about the quality of car you are buying. I also did not appreciate driving 45 minutes-1 hour to the dealership each time that something went wrong. After a couple issues my salesman disappeared, leaving me to fend for myself. I was promised to receive a few things with the car, 2 of which I still have not seen. The one I received after pestering the dealership. I had the car a total of 4 days out of the month that I was paying for it. I am very displeased with my experience and I hope you guys will save yourself the headache and just buy from another dealership, one that prides customer satisfaction and quality of work. After all, a car is not a cheap investment. More

I bought the car and drove it home that evening. We appreciated the personal attention Larry showed. He took the time to get to know us personally, shared the history of Tindol Ford, discussed the Mustang that is dedicated to Cancer Survivors and we felt like we were more than just a "sale". Thanks for the great experience Larry!, and a thanks to Jamie Hull also for processing all my loan paperwork so quickly Everyone we met at Tindol Ford were great to deal with. More
