Aside from the test drive, I wouldn't have had to step inside the dealership at all. No wasted time sitting at a dealership all day while a salesperson keeps you on ice as he "talks with his manager". The entire sales experience related to me wife Explorer Sport coupled with the most competitive pricing in the Carolinas resulted in a simultaneous purchase of an F150 for myself. I'm hoping their post sale service is on par. Their competitor in Charlotte lost our business for life as a result of their constant unnecessary upsells whenever I took my prior vehicles in for scheduled maintenance. They may have garnered a profit on some extra spark plugs and coolant flushes but they'll never again see me in their showroom.
