After owning PT Cruiser for 16 years, because of health concerns I decided it was time to buy a newer car I can depend on. I researched "low-tech" vehicles, because I do not want visual distractions on the dashboard. The Hyundai Accent was clearly the best quality vehicle I could find for my needs. When I went to the dealership, I told Michael, my salesperson, about my research, and that I wanted to sit in an Accent to see if it would really fit my needs. We did so, and he spent a lot of time answering my questions and had me take a short test drive. I told him I would speak with my husband, and if I decided to buy I would come back and buy from him. I woke up the next morning knowing I wanted to buy a 2017 Accent, so my husband and I went back to Titus Will Hyundai and Michael met us there. We talked more, took a longer test drive, decided to buy the vehicle I had been trying out, and went ahead and made the purchase. The staff were all thorough, courteous, and friendly, and explained everything we had to fill out and sign. I was encouraged to contact them with any questions I might have, and have done so twice since the purchase. There were no problems; I just needed help with some sections of the owner's manual.
