Customer service is excellent. Jackson Russell came out in the blowing snow and cold wind to show me several vehicles. Ben at Tom Kelley Cadillac was wonderful! Our car buying experience was seamless and everything was very transparent! Not all car buying experiences are the same and this was by far the best Our car buying experience was seamless and everything was very transparent! Not all car buying experiences are the same and this was by far the best experience to date! We have a Cadillac dealership close to us that told me to take my car to Carmax to see if I can get more as a trade in! I have never had a car dealership want me to do their job for them! We chose to drive 1.5 hours away because from start to finish it was wonderful working with Ben! Everyone at Tom Kelley was very knowledgeable , friendly and real with us. I cannot say that for the other Cadillac dealership by us! We will be repeat customers of Ben at Tom Kelley Cadillac! Thank you for the exceptional customer service! Highly recommend Ben and everyone at Tom Kelley no matter if you are local to their area or not! Ben went above and beyond! More
