Web of lies, I will never go to Tom Peacock. They Lie about inventory. Will not talk with you if you have question. They will do what ever it takes to not help you if they can not cheat you ou They Lie about inventory. Will not talk with you if you have question. They will do what ever it takes to not help you if they can not cheat you out of your money to benefit them. Here is my story. I went looking for a car. They told me it was there, even though I ask if it was available. It was not. Did not find out till I got there after driving an hour in a hot car without A/C. It was on lone but then I was told there is one in service but I could not look at unless I came back tomorrow. Told them no, I will let them know. They contacted me again on Friday 19th to let me know that the car I was interested in was sold but, the car that was in service will be ready to look at Monday if I was interested. Even though I request picture or something so I could look at the vehicle they would not contact me back. I called on Monday, Tuesday and finally Wednesday, when I called I asked to speak with another sales person. I still got transfer to the one that was not responding to my calls. I then ask for a Sales manager to try to get someone else. They would just put me in an endless loop transfer calls to one place to another. Never getting a hold of anyone that could help. Finally decided to call service and used them to walk over to the sell team and speak with a manager to get me help. They did but that person lied as well. Told me that car was interested in was not sold Friday but the paper work is being signed right now. So How could a car being sold on Friday also being sold on Wednesday. Also there was never a car in service that was being made ready to be seen on Monday. They just wanted to try to get me in there to cheat me out of money and put me in a car I can afford. Don't trust this dealership. Not worth your hard earned money to waste it on them. More
Service was great, I was informed on the services I needed on my car but also didn’t feel annoyed or pressured to do it on spot .
