We bought an extended warranty for some parts and discovered a day later that these were alrready covered by our existing auto policy. The paperwork was still with Tom Scott Honda and had not been sent over to the insurer. We called my Mr. Collins and he had a refund check ready at the front desk the same day. More

Everything went well until the paperwork came around. We ha been pre-approved through our bank (5 hrs away), they tried talking us into using their financing because it was more convenient for them. When we didn’t go with their plan the salesman (JOE) became very frustrated. Exact quote “WE ARE DOING THIS MY WAY”. At this point we were ready to walk away. What he wanted to do was reasonable, but it was not explained until after we were ready to walk. My husband called Joe out on his aggressive, unprofessional comment and Joe proceeded to pout through the rest of the transaction. When we were done he said “the cars out there, and the keys are in it”, and walked away. No hand shake, no thank you. Just very unprofessional behavior. DONT WORK WITH JOE. More

Here's a combination of the best parts of the experience: 1. They offered a more competitive price than ALL the others. 2. They wanted to sell us the car as much as we wanted to buy the car, which aligned our interests quickly. 3. The Internet Manager, Kris, assisted us, and he was extremely kind, understanding, helpful, and never pushy or annoying. We sincerely liked him and having had the opportunity to deal with him. 4. The Sales Manager, Dominick, was busy and "quick" with us, but that meant he put his best foot forward and never wasted our time with irritating back-and-forth. 5. We felt respected and appreciated both during the process and with the outcome. 6. We got what we wanted and became huge fans of the sincerity and honesty we witnessed. We hope the dealership was also as happy to make the sale to us. More
Dont trust everything they say double check everything! I went there to purchase a specific car only to find out it was sold. Then I looked at a more expensive car. I waswset to buy that one but they tried to tack on extended warranty when the car had manufacturers warranty still in place for another 40,000 miles. I asked them to remove it. I came already with financing through Capital One and while I was sitting at their desk waiting for them theto fix the contract my salesman's "bosses" took it upon themselves to run my credit through a bunch of other places so I was getting notices of inquiries on my reports while sitting there ready to sign to paperwork to purchase the second car I picked out! I locked my report and asked them what they were doing!?! They said they were trying to get me a better interest rate...but they didn't have my permission and the deal was already done I already had financing and I had worked it out to get a lower rate after a year of on time payments I could refinance which they were told this! I left without buying the car! I went to Corwin Ford instead where I had a great hassle free experience. Why would you do that when your customer walks in with pre-approved financing and they have a contract sitting in front of them already!?! Nick my salesman was really nice so if you do intend to go there ask for him but beware of the bosses and finance people!!! More

Recall rip off I took my honda in for air bag recall . they replaced air bags but also my ignition switch which they said was on recall as well. Several months later my ignition switch started malfunctioning. I returned to have it checked and they said I'd have to agree to a service charge of 55.00 to 135.00 before they would even look at it. I asked if they would look at just the ignition switch and they said not unless I agreed in advance to pay the service charge. Then the service manager told me very rudely that it's not their problem since my car is 2003 model. What does that have to do with a faulty ignition switch? I'm taking my car to my mechanic to get it checked for free. And if it is a faulty ignition switch I will ask Honda to pay for the replacement. Since it was never a problem before they replaced it. I'll update my review once I have the report from my mechanic. More

My hands hurt from stress and holding the wheel and I took my diamond looking ring off my hand and placed it in the center consel. I told them my trasmission was leaking & the heat light for it came on. The said I needed to leave my car & have them run a diagnosis that would cost $60. I did. When I picked up my car, the diagnosis was exactly what I had already told them. No change. They typed it exactly how I explained it to them. My crystal ring was gone. It looked like a real diamond ring but was only valued at $200. The codes were erased & they quoted me $1,200 more than a transmission shop in Boise to replace it with a refirbirsed transmission. I complained and got my $60 back but the ring is long gone. I was told that those who drove my car worked here for years and would not steal a ring let alone look for a ring in my car. They also accused the tow truck for stealing my ring. My car was never towed. I am thinking of filing a police report. Don't leave anything slightly valuable in your car at this dealership!!!! They are overpriced and thieves! More
