For the past couple of months I’ve taken our 2015 Ford F750 water truck to three different mechanics and have talked to many ford commercial dealers, and nobody could find the part for the DEF hose pressu F750 water truck to three different mechanics and have talked to many ford commercial dealers, and nobody could find the part for the DEF hose pressure line connector. Everyone said we had to order a DEF pump sending unit, but these didn’t even include the connectors😂 I called Tom’s truck center today and Oscar answered my call. He said just from my description of the issue that he knows what I’m talking about but just needs a picture to confirm. I texted him the picture and he confirmed. Sent me a payment link within 10 minutes and parts are coming in soon. This is without any doubt the most professional and knowledgeable operation I’ve dealt with to date.
