Dealer charging $10k markup. When I told them the other local dealer was at $7k markup, they lied and told me that the dealer didn't even have the car. Purchased car anyway. No f When I told them the other local dealer was at $7k markup, they lied and told me that the dealer didn't even have the car. Purchased car anyway. No features shown to me on how to use car after sale. Then a week goes by and I get a call saying the bank had an issue and needed an update. Turns out they sat on the issue a week before calling me. Then another 5 days go by and they call again, saying they need a doc signed from my bank... again the doc was dated 5 days prior. The finance department sat on things twice, without even reaching out to me till 5-7 days had gone by. I wont recommend any part of this dealership. 17 days and still no payoff done on my trade in. More
