Horrible Customer Service Horrible customer service. Came here looking to lease a new Mazda 3 sedan. Salesman John tricked me into signing a lease contract. Told him I am still Horrible customer service. Came here looking to lease a new Mazda 3 sedan. Salesman John tricked me into signing a lease contract. Told him I am still shopping around and not sure if I have enough down payment. He said there's only 1 red sedan left and I can put it on hold by giving him a check for down payment that they will hold and sign some finance papers. One of my buddy that came with me asked if when we go home and decide we can't come up with the money, can we cancel after signing the papers (which wasn't explained to us at all). John said, and I quote "as long as we don't have your money and you don't have our car, there is no deal going through." So I signed the papers, then 2 days later I realized I cannot make the down payment at this time, so I called John back and he lied saying he never made a statement about being about to cancel the papers and that it's legally binding and it is considered sold. He let me talked to his manager Reza, who went off on me (talked over me and won't give me a chance to speak) saying basically it's my words against his salesman, that I can lawyer up if I want to, and he will cash the contract. This type of customer service is unacceptable. Basically they all called me a liar, and they will say whatever they want to make a sell. And what kind of manager yells at a customer? Please take your business elsewhere if you want to be treated right as a customer. More

Do not even bother with these clowns!! I tried to purchase a used car that was on their lot for an extended period of time. I am from another state so I called and accepted their asking price. They responded saying that they could not hold the vehicle and that "they were losing $ on the deal" so unless I could come in that day and purchase it, they would send it to auction. The next day on a Sunday, a friend of mine drove from Seattle (Kirkland) (2.5 hrs) to test drive the car. He gave me the thumbs up. I then tried to get ahold of sales manager, who was repeatedly "unavailable". No calls back, just silence. I tried the salesman, same thing... Silence. I then get a text, not a call back just a lame text saying that the car has been sold. Funny, how they would not take a deposit from my friend, it sits on the lot for months and in a few hours it is sold. Gee whiz, what a coincidence.... BTW ~ when they ask about how you are going to purchase the car, just fib and say that you are going finance it (if you intend on paying cash). They make $500 on the loan and since I was going to pay cash, I was a less attractive buyer. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CLOWNS!!!! More

I got pre approved for a loan when I called Cathy back to ask her if she had any cars on the lot I wanted she said she was to busy to look for me and if I wanted a car I would just need to come in. when I to ask her if she had any cars on the lot I wanted she said she was to busy to look for me and if I wanted a car I would just need to come in. when I told her I didn't want to drive over an hour to her if she didn't have the car I wanted. She said it takes to much time. I spoke to a sales manager and he didn't even say sorry just he would talk to Cathy. I can not believe a dealership would act this way in this economy. I called up another dealership they found the car I want and I am driving up to make a deal. More

I was in a very serious car accident that ended up totaling my car. I found myself in a position to purchase a new car much sooner that I expected, and to top it off I had to do it in a hurry. It was such a difficult experience just to be in a car accident, and now I had to go out and brave a car dealership! I met with David Young and he was a lifesaver. He walked me through the process of purchasing a car with such expertise and professionalism. He not only found me a car that fit all of my needs, but found me a fantastic rate on the loan. I have always had such a negative perception of car dealerships. My past experiences have been so awful that I have avoided purchasing a car for some time. I can say now that this has been the best car buying experience I have ever had. David was so wonderful to work with, and so sympathetic to my situation. I happily recommend David Young at Ron Tonkin Mazda. More

This is a great place to get a car!I really needed a car especially because Im expecting a baby soon :) I dont have the best credit in the world,am a first time buyer, and wasnt sure if Id even be able to q especially because Im expecting a baby soon :) I dont have the best credit in the world,am a first time buyer, and wasnt sure if Id even be able to qualify. But the staff here worked with me so much, and made sure i left with a great affordable car. They were very understanding to my situation, and some of the nicest, honest people ive met. I had been turned down for an auto loan from many places for having little credit and what I did have was not great. I was even turned down by the dealership I grewup around where they had known me for many for having little credit and what I did have was not great. I was even turned down by the dealership I grewup around where they had known me for many years. Then I filled out an application online and got a call rom Kathy saying I had been approved. This call changed my life...I have 4 children and our vehicle was not big enough to transport them all. Now I can go on family trips, get back and forth to work and really have the personal freedom that owning a vehcile can give you. While the beginning was a bit rocky, Ron Tonkin was very quick to resolve my issue and make sure I was taken care of. Words can't begin to tell you Ron Tonkin how grateful I am to your company. More

We just purchased a 2006 Toyota Prius at Ron Tonkin Mazda. From the very beginning everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful! When we went in to the dealership to look at the available vehicles there was no pressure, or pushy sales tactics as we have experienced at other dealerships. The loan process was easy, and we received a fair amount for our trade in vehicle. All in all a great group, and a great experience. We would highly reccomend to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. More
