Friendly Staff, Straightforward Dealing Changed Expectations In all my past experiences with car dealerships (including a previous experience with Tony), they've always been adversarial. This was not the case th In all my past experiences with car dealerships (including a previous experience with Tony), they've always been adversarial. This was not the case this time, specifically because of the staff, particularly salesperson Aaron DeMello. He was straight up with me recognizing my offer as a fair price and we came to an agreement in a matter of minutes. This contrasts with the greedy people at Pacific Honda who wouldn't even give my a counter offer at the same price because they're too stuck up. The people and service at Tony were much warmer and accommodating. We dropped off our 2013 Accord for warranty work the same time we picked up our new vehicle. John Vanhtha not only listened and investigated our concerns, he worked quickly and efficiently to repair and replace the issues that Pacific Honda refused to even acknowledge as problems. Tasha Helsham also worked to quickly, diligently, and professionally address additional issues. Bottom line: Tony rocks and Pacific Honda blows in every respect. Tony has EARNED my business. More

Awesome service We had actually just planned on shopping around and taking some test drives but when we drove the Honda Accord Sport we really liked it. I explained to him that we had a 2010 Odyssey which we bought there, but unfortunately we got into a car accident and it was "Totaled". So we were back to purchase another Odyssey. I really wanted the color "Pearl White" and he said there was only 1 in stock, so he went to get it from the Inventory. And it was funny because when he brought it back to the dealership, other customers were looking at it. And he knew I wanted the van so he "Hide" it for me. Which I thought was sooo cool of him to do. :) He really took care of us. He was never once pushy and always friendly and smiling. He treated us like family. And we got to take home our Brand New "Pearl White" Odyssey that day thanks to Kerry! Thank you Kerry! :) More
