Although it did take me two weeks between the time of scheduling and the actual appointment date, it was well worth the wait. John Vanhtha was professional, friendly, patient and courteous. He explained everything to me with clarity and detail. The wait time was only an hour and I was promptly called when my car was ready for pick-up. Upon returning to the autoplex, I decided to browse the showroom and was greeted by another friendly employee who asked me if I needed any help. She was warm, personable and kind. I believe the employees name was Tracie. I will definitely recommend Tony Honda to all friends and family. Thanks for a wonderful and comfortable experience! More

Despite the demand for good used Civics, Jacob found a car that met our budget, assisted my senior parents in reviewing the civic and patiently helped them with their finance application. My parents were so comfortable with Jacob's assistance that they no longer wanted to look at other dealerships. Due to year end rush, their car was taking a little longer to be delivered. They followed up Jacob and it was delivered to them the next day. He also let them know that if they still had questions afterwards, they could call him. He probably spent over 10 hours on us with test drives, price discovery, and questions. He is very knowledgeable of the Honda product line and has a great professional demeanor and a no-pressure attitude towards car buying. He is definitely dedicated to the customer. He drove me in to Waikiki to drop off my rental car and run some errands before spending over an hour with me on my new car late in the day on Christmas eve when very few people were working.
