Attentive, efficient and courteous describe their manner in the minutes it took to begin the service process for my car. While inside, Sean made light conversation while processing info on the computer and asked if I needed transportation anywhere as the servicing would most likely finish after 1:00pm. George brought me to my home in Mililani and provided great conversation on the way. Sean & George make a good team and are very professional. That's why I enjoy visiting the dealer where we purchased our car. Everyone is professional and service oriented. More

Stroke of luck I had been on the hunt for an Infiniti G35 for about 6 weeks and nothing seemed to working out. After another long day of no success and literally as I had been on the hunt for an Infiniti G35 for about 6 weeks and nothing seemed to working out. After another long day of no success and literally as I was leaving the dealership I spotted one in the very last stall before exiting the premise. I began to look over the car and that is when Matt Chong came up and introduced himself. He was an awesome guy from the start. Never did I feel pressured or hassled and not once did I feel like I was being taken advantage of and fed a bunch of "BS" like at many other places before. He answered all of my questions and was cool and calm the entire time. Needless to say I left a few hours later with a car I had almost given up on. This was my first time buying a car on my own so I did have a few nerves to work through but Matt and the gang did a great job of making me feel at ease with my decision. Thank you to all that helped and I would for sure recommend this place to friends and family. More

After purchase the detailing of the car took long which I was told it would since they were busy. But the quality wasn't that great. Polish left on the windows, bumper, fenders etc.. and the tires were not detailed. Other than that... call Tracie for your purchasing needs, very helpful and patient. More

When I went in to look at the car, Iven was really friendly and welcoming. Throughout the whole sales experience, I felt very comfortable. I was kind of scared that the salesperson would be the pushy kind, but Iven totally wasn't a pushy salesperson at all. Fantastic customer service! :) More

Da Bestest I had a bad experience in the past with service from Direct Dealerships and haven't gone to one for a very long time until I started to get recalls fo I had a bad experience in the past with service from Direct Dealerships and haven't gone to one for a very long time until I started to get recalls for my Honda Pilot. I always went to a "reputable" mechanic who has done decent work for me in the past. This time, I had a recall and Tony Honda Service took it in to perform my recall work and I also asked them to take a look at some of the service lights that kept popping up after my "reputable" mechanic had done a timing belt and water pump change. After the Tony Honda Service Rep took a look at the troubles, he/she pointed out that the work done for the timing belt was not completely done and should have replaced x, y and z at the same time. Also, the mechanic politely said that he/she doesn't understand how the timing belt was not adjusted precisely. In other words, it was hastily done in a desultory and incomplete half-baked manner. In the end, Tony Honda redid the job properly and I came to pick up the car. 2 days later I paid for the service and found that the lights were still coming on. They said to bring it back and they'll do some adjustments and take the car out longer for a test to make sure it doesn't come on. In the end, I feel comfortable of the work they have performed and I can go back to them and freely ask them again to take a look at it if I feel something is wrong. They didn't charge me for the second look and the service indicators no longer pop up. I am confident and know that they are looking out for my best interest. Outstanding work from everyone and special notice of "above and beyond" work from Tasha and Jeannie. Jeannie Parubrub Harris always makes me feel welcome everytime I come there and gives me that peace of mind that Tony Honda Waipahu is in the business of putting their customers first. Tasha Helsham makes me feel like she will treat me exactly like how she would like to be treated if she was on the other end (as the customer). I trust Dealership Service once again and know that there is no other better place to bring my vehicle. Thank you Tony Honda Waipahu. More
