I started researching the Hyundai Elantra in January after seeing an Elantra on the freeway and was completely surprised that it was a Hyundai. So I started researching and liked what I read. Because I live in Kapolei I wanted to check out Tony Hyundai in Waipio, so I went onto their website. I asked for an online quote and was contacted by Aaron Demello the next day. I was not ready to purchase a vehicle, I wanted to make sure we could afford a new car. Aaron continued to keep in touch with me via email and was so friendly and patient with me. Because of his patience and friendliness when I was finally ready to seriously consider purchasing the car, he was of course the first person I contacted. My husband and I met with Aaron to look at the Elantra. I must say we both really enjoyed dealing with Aaron, he was just as friendly in person as he was in his emails and over the phone. I believe this is the fifth new car my husband and I have purchased and this was definitely the best experience we've had, all due to Aaron and his great personality. We would definitely recommend Aaron to any of our friends. Aaron introduced us to Joseph Kinsey and he was also very friendly and helpful. Should we decide purchase another vehicle we will definitely purchase it from the Tony dealership. Best experience EVER in purchasing a new car.

Ken Smiley made the buying process very easy. His help with the Costco buyers program was very professional and knowledgeable. Ken went out of the way to help facilitate the transfer of the automobile to a neighbor island (Kauai). Furthermore, Jeb Sheppard was very conscientious and helpful. My mother had previously bought a used truck from this dealership. She said Aaron was really helpful in getting her exactly the truck she wanted and with a way lower interest rate she was at before, so she was extremely happy with her purchase. When I told her I was looking for a car she told me to come to this dealership because of her good experience. We went in not knowing exactly what we were looking for but after explaining our situation to John he showed us the perfect car he had in mind. It was at an amazing rate, but it was a new car which I wasn't expecting to get. He did explain to me how easy it would be to build up my credit with this car, and other benefits with this purchase as well. After the test drive I decided that this was the car that I wanted to purchase. After getting my loan approved, I came back to the dealership and Aaron had the car all ready for me when I arrived. He walked me through all the final paper work. He was very friendly and enjoyable to talk to. I then went to talk to Jack in finance, who was also very helpful and personable. Aaron then arranged for me to meet Elmer, one of the service advisors, so I could set up my 90 day service and also so I knew someone in that department as well. I love my new car and everyone who helped me through this process. Everyone I met was very helpful and I am amazed that the first car John showed us would be the car that fit me perfect. Aaron was very helpful in walking me through the set up of my car and was able to answer any questions that I had. I love how personable every one here was, and how amazing the deals at Hyundai are. I love all my warranties, and was amazed that I even got an iPod chord with the car! I absolutely love how everyone walked me step by step through this process, especially since this being my first experience and I really had no idea what I was doing. I also love all the small service details that were provided, like Aaron introducing me to some one in the service department. It made me feel a lot more comfortable and very happy. Thank you for giving me an amazing experience at this dealership and setting me up with an amazing deal for my first car!

I've had great experiences with the dealership. However, it's the people that have really made the difference for my husband and me. Henry Murillo (sales) and Gina Kaneaiakala (service) are wonderful to work with. They are both very responsive, highly accommodating, quick on follow-up and go the extra mile. They're the ones we ask for when scheduling appointments, have questions, or are looking to upgrade.
