As soon as we steppe onto your Tony Honda Waipio car lot, we were immediately greeted with a warm and friendly smile by Cal. He waved to us from afar off and gave us personal attention. I was with my mom and brother and he acknowledged each one of us shaking our hands and asking our names. When he inquired what we were looking for, I indicated that I wanted a "very simple second had vehicle" and stated my price range. Cal recommended one right away, a 2001 Nissan Sentra that had been recently traded in. It was parked in a convenient location and as we were walking to inspect it, Cal was very informative regarding its specs and history. When Cal suggested we take it for a test drive, we saw that the car did not start. But he did all he could to rectify the situation. It was a very hot day but I saw him walk back to the office twice, bringing with him two different battery packs and finally a jumper cable. He stood in the hot sun to try to get it started. In the meantime, my family and I perused the lot. About 5-10 minutes later he called us back and admitted that he forgot there was a security key. It was a simple problem, but Cal went through a lot of trouble to try to get it fixed. As we were on the test drive, we enjoyed talking to Cal and he was very honest about the vehicle and made us feel comfortable in it. When it came to negotiating and signing paper work, I could see how patient he was with us and he did everything possible to help us. I never felt pressured or out of place with him. I'm so happy he helped us to find a car that fits my needs and my personality. Thank you so much. More

The experience was excellent from the time we arrived at the dealership. The sales people at Tony Nissan were friendly,helpful,and they seemed committed to trying to give me a great deal,with good rates.The Toyota Tundra that they sold me is very nice,although was missing a sh they seemed committed to trying to give me a great deal,with good rates.The Toyota Tundra that they sold me is very nice,although was missing a shift knob and stereo speakers. My prior experience with my 2002 Altima was both a pleasant and memorable one. The car provided me with excellent service for the past 9 years. The service department always accomodated us promptly and efficiently whenever the car was brought in for servicing. Brandy accomodated us on many visits and we were always satisfied. When the decision was made to trade in my 2002 Altima for another sedan, Mrs. Uechi provided me with information relative to my search. She also referred me to Mr. Calixto Delos Santos who was our salesperson. Both of these individuals were knowledgeable, patient and supportive of our needs. Their customer service skills were exceptional! It is comforting to know that this dealership has such professional employees. Allowed us to test drive and get a hands-on feel for how the vehicle handles, what the different features did and how they were used, particularly important in the selection process when one is not familiar with what's available. Gave us a very good idea of what we wanted in a vehicle. Don Berry was equally courteous and helpful on the financial end and selection of warranty options. Only comment I have, and not a negative one but something which I personally feel would enhance the purchasing process for the buyer, is to have the sales person also present during that final stages of closing the deal and signing the contract. Reason for this is because in addition to extension of the basic warranty, there are other options and services that I would want to discuss with the sales person, with whom a good rapport has already been established, since I consider those to be part of vehicle I was purchasing. And also, when applicable, I feel the cost of those services and "extras" should be included in negotiating the total price of the vehicle. More
