I called Tony Nissan to check on the availability of a pre-owned 2008 Nissan Frontier Crew Cab advertised on the internet. The price we were asking could not be negotiated. We then visited New City Nissan, King Windward Nissan and Voyager Auto Sales. The service we received from Howard brought us back to Tony Nissan. Even though the price we were asking could not be negotiated and could have saved a few hundred dollars elsewhere, we wanted to give Howard the sale. We were out in the parking lot looking at the Nissan Juke when Howard came out and introduced himself. He was very informative and friendly, we felt comfortable with him right away. We had gone to other dealers that day but hadn't felt that level of comfortability that we felt there. We explained to Howard what we were looking for price wise and as the evening came to a close he made an appointment with us early Easter Sunday to come and finish up the deal. Howard and the GM, Aiyaz did everything they could to get us the car we wanted at a price we could work with. Without any grief I was sitting in a brand new car that I loved. I walked out of there with absolutely no questions, they really made sure we walked out of there comfortable with our purchase. Don, the financing manager, was also just as informative and made sure we understood everything we were signing. I have to add that this dealership really is a friend of the military. The GM came and personally came in and shook my husband's hand and thanked him for his service letting him know that he wanted to make sure we walked out with what we wanted. I highly reccomend this dealership. I was dreading looking for cars and after an entire day of it I was done but I walked out of Tony Nissan happy, excited and in a new car feeling like they had done everything in their power to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. My husband and I went to Tonys to purchase a truck, and we did. Three weeks went by and came across a problem with the truck. We took the truck back to have it fixed. Our salesman Cal was very friendly and went the mile to get us the car that we ended up purchasing. Sadly, the time it took for us to fill out paperwork and financing was way too long. My Tony Nissan experience started with my car making a tapping noise, so I took my car in. 7:30am Dropped off car was told by the employee it would only be 2 hours max. 10:30am asked the cashier to check tapping noise, so I took my car in. 7:30am Dropped off car was told by the employee it would only be 2 hours max. 10:30am asked the cashier to check on the status of my car, I was then told that they just started to take a look at my car. 12:00pm Was told they found the problem, it was my struts that needed to be replaced, was quoted $650.00 so I said go ahead and do the job. It took them 6 hours to finish. I was told I can pick up my car at 6:30pm What really pissed me off was driving home I could still hear the tapping noise. On top of that the bill was $1,124.74 The employee quoted me way under from what they charged. I then took my car back got it re-checked, now they say my inner tie rods need to be replaced with a alignment $621.22 The service people never followed up with me. To me they need to change their procedure, because it sucks. More
