I dropped my car off to be fixed wheel bearing because I have a added purchased insurance on my car that I purchased from Tony complex. They took my car to Ford and I have not seen it since. I pay a loan on have a added purchased insurance on my car that I purchased from Tony complex. They took my car to Ford and I have not seen it since. I pay a loan on a car that I have not seen in over 4 months. This is the second time my car was left at Ford for me to try and retrieve on my own. Before these last 4 months, I had my car for only several weeks from being left at Ford for 2 months. I don't understand how they offer insurance on vehicles the sell if they can't fix them on their own. I know Ford is having difficulties with their company but I did not buy the car from them nor is it my responsibility to try and retrieve my car from a place that I did not take it to. I call Ford, Tony Volkswagen and Tony Honda where I purchased the car from and get NO help but to be told to try and contact Ford. No one seems to care or can help me... It will be almost 1 whole year of me not having my car but yet still paying on a loan. This time they had my car so long that the registration and safety is expired. I tried to call and tell them I need to update that because soon I won't be able to insure the car and will have to pay extra on the loan for insurance. I have lost all my patience at this point and every message I leave either goes unanswered or a sales rep will try and call to sell me another car. I don't know what to do anymore. More

Service Advisor, Chris Outram, was outstanding and went the extra mile to assist me with coordinating a very costly repair and purchasing an extended warranty. He made a challenging situation much more ma the extra mile to assist me with coordinating a very costly repair and purchasing an extended warranty. He made a challenging situation much more manageable. This was my first time working with Chris and I look forward to having him as my service adviser for long into the future. I come to Tony for all of my repairs and service needs, and will continue to do so. I have purchased two vws from Tony and plan to remain a loyal vw owner. It isn’t easy to find honest dealers in Hawai’i and Tony and Chris Outram are a pleasure to do business with. More
