Great dealership for sales and service I purchased / leased my Highlander from this dealership some years ago. I was able to make a proper deal for my previous Highlander model, after not b I purchased / leased my Highlander from this dealership some years ago. I was able to make a proper deal for my previous Highlander model, after not being able to do so with the Danbury dealership where I originally purchased the car. So, have been having my car serviced at Torrington, ever since. The place is clean, neat and friendly. Service is quick, and effective. No problems with any of the work done there. Waiting room is comfortable, too. Lance Williams and Cory Moore are both folks whom I have delt with at the service counter and always keep me informed on the work needed and time to do it. This latest trip I needed to replace two tired due to road debris damage. Nick arranged a loaner car as they needed to source two identical times to match my set.
