My Review of Town Audi:
I DEALT WITH ELGIN SWIFT (GENERAL MANAGER) AND MICHAEL CONDOSTA. BOTH WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND I FELT I RECEIVED A FAIR DEAL. I WOULD ABSOLUTELY RECCOMMEND A FRIEND TO TOWN AUDI. THIS IS THE SECOND CAR I HAVE BOUGHT AT TOWN AUDI. THE FIRST CAR WAS PURCHASED IN 2007 WITH MICHAEL CONDOSTA. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEGABLE. SINCE THEN HE HAS CONTACTED ME TO ASK HOW MY CAR WAS AND IF I WAS SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE. WHICH BY THE WAY HAS ALSO BEEN VERY HELPFUL INTHE PAST TWO YEARS.

Working with Arun was an excellent experience. His thoruogh knowledge and his business skills are above and beyond compare. I will recommend Arun to others because of his integrity, knowledge and his willingness to assist me. I was imprressed with his patience and understanding of my needs. My Review of Town Audi:
After contacting over 8 Audi dealers I decided to contact Town Motors Audi and I was lucky to talk to Arun. I was looking for a specifis S5 and Arun was able to find it for me, the whole transaction happened over the phone and very smooth, Arun is very proffesional and I really recomend it to anyone looking to buy a new Audi. Ohhh and the best part is the experience I had with the staff, the manager Roger (Sales Manager), Elgin (GM) and the frindly Robert (Finance Manager).

If you're really looking for the best experience on buing a new veichle do your self a favor, contact Arun!

I drove the S5 home, and I cannot be happier!

Excellent! The staff at Town Motors were all very helpful in helping me purchase my car and extremely friendly with a focus on customer service. My Salesman, Arun Nebhnani, carefully laid out all details and things I should know and was extremely knowledgeable in not only the purchasing details but the maintenance and care as well. He was really able to help me feel at ease with this decision and I really felt like he was working for and with me. I was introduced to a service technician immediately after signing the paper work and I already feel like I've been using this dealer for years. I would reccommend this dealer for anyone interested in a great buying experience!

My Review of Town Audi:
TOWN AUDI is the best Audi dealership in the Northern New Jersey Region, bar none! Upon entering the dealership I was greeted promptly and with a smile! Not only was I offered a beverage by several staff members, but my salesman, Mike Condosta was personable and very professional. Further, he took his time to explain my options and his follow-up was so impeccable that although I did not purchase the car that day, I left knowing I was NOT going to purchase from anywhere else.
Town Audi has truly mastered customer service. You leave feeling like more than just a client. Each time I return for service or even just a simple question, everyone from the service staff to receptionists remember your name.
Because of the staff at Town Audi, my first experience purchasing a high-end luxury vehicle was one of delight instead of regret. I attribute that satisfaction to all the fine staff at Town Audi, especially Mike Condosta, who to this day is always available for questions, concerns, and referrals!
