The car only has 5,000 miles on it and he explained what they were going to do. He walked me around and showed me the facilities. He answered all my questions and I didn’t feel rushed at all. When my car was ready, he came to me and went over the service order with me. The service was fast and the car interior was protected with plastic over the seat and paper on the floor.
