Very positive experience I was in the service department for my 15,000 mile service at no charge. I pulled in 30 minutes early for my appointment time. No problem. They took my car back and had the work done quickly. John D'Errico greeted me and processed me in quickly. Very friendly. He led me to the waiting area, showing me the complimentary water, restroom, popcorn and coffee along the way. I did forget to ask if there was a WiFi code, but didn't need it as it turned out. It was Hurricane Michael day, so when my car was ready he explained the service results and took me to my car which they had nicely pulled inside out of the weather. He gave me good instructions on how to exit the building. He was very helpful the whole time. Here are my reasons for only a 4 out of 5 star rating. The waiting room is kind of cruddy. Some chairs were in bad shape. The room is very small and the tv was very loud. I was glad not to wait very long for my car. Also was glad I had my own entertainment. My last car was from Hendrick Honda and I have to say their waiting area is not anything spectacular but is much nicer than town and country. My other point of feedback concerns my online appointment that I made almost 2 weeks ago. I asked for email and text reminders. I got each as soon as I made the appointment. I would have expected a reminder by one day out, but got no reminders closer to my appointment. I also added a question to my appointment, but never got a reply. More
