A Ford Escape needed a recall performed. We agreed to add some services like an oil change. He set a reasonable expectation of cycle time with me and so I decided to schedule an early day appointment in order to be able to wait with the vehicle. Check-in was smooth and the service wrapped up 10 to 15 minutes early relative to the estimated service time, which was a pleasant outcome. A few items came up in the courtesy inspection and they were explained to me in clear terms and informed me well to make some added service decisions for the next visit. The waiting room was very clean, pleasantly quiet and comfortably provisioned. When I left, I felt that my needs had been addressed in an efficient manner. I especially enjoyed that their time estimates were on target and that they met the service expectations set during the intake process. More

Everything went according to schedule. The service was for a recall 23S12 and I believe that is replacement of front brake hoses. The car shows no problems or warning lights. This dealership is out of my way but I'll keep coming back as long as they keep up the great customer service. Not only is everyone friendly but very accommodating.
