I think we both went away feeling happy. Then Vo'a continued to go overboard by actually removing all the stuff from our trade-in car and helping us put it in the new car. Amazing. Everyone else at the dealership bent over backwards to be friendly, stop and say hello, offer us drinks, etc. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership. And the showroom is beautiful, by the way. More

My husband and I bought a car from Menlove in 2009. When we bought the car, the emergency break wouldn't engage ... A year later when it came time to register the car we couldn't get safty on it, which mean we bought the car, the emergency break wouldn't engage ... A year later when it came time to register the car we couldn't get safty on it, which meant it couldn't be registered. Two years went by when I finally called the number for, what used to be Menlove, and is now TOYOTA BOUNTIFUL. I spoke with Mr. Ron Lynch, explained my situation, and Mr. Lynch, explaining to me that they are no longer affiliated with Menlove paid for half of the repair on the emergency break out of his own pocket!!! A week later we decided to try and purchase a newer, lower miled car. I decided to go back to Ron Lynch and see what he had to say. He had Mr. Rob Beveridge call me back and get all of the details he needed to get the ball rolling. After 3-5 conversations on the phone with Rob, he was able to get me into my dream car. All we had to do was go into the dealership and sign the papers. The whole car buying experience was done with no stress on my part! We got a great price on a new Prius. They have a large inventory so there are a lot of cars to choose from. She even went the extra mile dealing with parts and service departments to get some options that weren't available from the factory, and at a fair price - show me another dealership in Utah who is willing to do that!? We drove up from Salt Lake City because of Keri's customer service. We went to Bountiful Toyota to look at one car and left with a different car. Keri helped us and was awesome. The car that we saw online didn't have any pictures available yet, but she went the extra mil with a different car. Keri helped us and was awesome. Also, I was worried about completing the sales process because my wife couldn't stay with me and I had our 4 and 20 month old with me. Luckily there is an awesome kids' area for them to play and watch the Disney channel. My wife and I love the car that we left with. I don't feel like I got a killer deal, but it was fair and I did get more out of my trade-in than I thought I would - probably as much as I would have gotten out of a private-party sale. The nice thing about that is that it drastically reduced the sales tax I had to pay. If I would have played hard ball more, I probably could have gotten another $500 off. In the long run that's no big deal to me, though. The time between agreeing on the deal and getting out of there was longer than I would have liked, but I'm guessing that's just the nature of the car industry. Next time I need a car, I will definitely come back to Bountiful Toyota and I won't hesitate to ask for Keri as I feel like she was an advocate for me. More
