I cannot in good conscience give the recommendation I wish I could. This is only the third time I've visited this service center for my 2024 Grand Highlander and have left a bit unimpressed the past two wish I could. This is only the third time I've visited this service center for my 2024 Grand Highlander and have left a bit unimpressed the past two times. It's about the attention to details for me - I had the airbag recall work done during my last visit and they failed to re-attach a grab handle on my headliner above the back passenger seat. I can also hear a part sliding around in my headliner when I make a sharp turn. During my latest visit, a standard oil change, after pulling into the garage bay, it took at least 5 minutes to be greeted. I don't need special attention, but I do need to know whether to stay with my car, go inside and check in, etc. After that service, I returned home to find 2 missing tire valve stem covers. This is what I mean when I say attention to detail. I'm doubtful I'll return to this service center going forward, despite a high recommendation by the dealership I purchased my vehicle (an hour outside of Columbus). More

Customer service even when buying a new car for cash is abysmal. Went in, no one offered me even a bottle of water. Car purchased, and delivery was "here's your car". In the past, I sat in the car with sales person as they went thru some of the car features. I have two anti rust hole plugs in my glove box-don't know what they are for. Paid cash, and was rushed out of there. Noticed a dent on the car afterwards, car mats were dirty and glass was smudged. they did have two cars, but never offered to get the color I really wanted. Very disappointing. More

Very sad about the poor quality of service of not having all task completed. I was to have tires rotated and that clearly did not happen as the low tire that I came in with was still in the same spot as wel all task completed. I was to have tires rotated and that clearly did not happen as the low tire that I came in with was still in the same spot as well as none of my tires were filled with air. It is sad because I used to love this location but now I feel like it’s gone downhill. More
Service was fairly quick. Waiting area was nice. The one problem noted afterwards was taken care of very quickly and to my satisfaction. Prices are fairly high, but what isn't Waiting area was nice. The bill could have listed items more clearly and concisely. Advice given to me was good. Personnel were careful to take care of my car and were accommodating to my requirements. I had Maggie for my advisor a couple days ago she seems rude.
