Malek was very knowledgeable about the product and clearly explained options and features. On the trade-in, the price offered was mid-way between Edmund's retail and dealer price and made the rest of the negotition very easy. I was very pleased with the experience and the vehicle and would recommend Makek and Rich Greenburg to anyone.

Toyota Direct provided excellent service from the moment that they picked me up from airport to the moment they walked through the working of the vehicle with me for my drive from Ohio to Florida. All of the employees that I came in contact with were professional and helpful. Everything was great! The service was professional and friendly. We were able to get the car we wanted for a price we thought was fair and we were comfortable paying. The process was easy and moved along at a good pace. When my husband and I needed to talk about the transaction privately we were given space and time to discuss it. We never felt rushed or pressured to make our decision. I love my new car!

My Review of Toyota Direct:
I literally decided to buy a car on a whim and must say that it was a fast and very efficient process! Perry was amazing on the finance end, Rich was great with the showing me everything about the car and Malek checked in on my consistently. I was greeted more than once when I arrived to the dealership and when I was waiting at least three people asked me if I had been helped already...but without seeming salesy. Would definitely recommend and would definitely go back.

My Review of Toyota Direct:
First and foremost, I HATE buying cars. I'd rather go to the dentist. But, in my latest car buying experience with Charles Caldwell, I have to say it was nearly painless. I knew exactly what I wanted and Charles did everything in his power to make it happen. I met Charles on Tuesday and there wasn't a black Prius V Five with the options I wanted to be found anywhere in the area, but it's now Friday night and there is one parked in my garage. He got me the best deal possible on my trade and helped work the deal until I got where I needed to be dollar wise. Charles was patient, courteous and well mannered, and was up front with me on every question that I had throughout the entire process. He even followed up with me after I arrived home because he felt we were rushed when I was taking the car due to the fact he had to leave for the day. We are meeting again next week and he's going to explain a bit more about the car and answer any questions I may have after having a bit of time driving it. This is my first Prius Hybrid and I am sure I will have a list of things he can answer. In summary, if you want a sale man who works hard for your business and delivers what he promises, Charles Caldwell is your guy!

My Review of Toyota Direct:
My only dissatisfaction with the dealership was that I located a used 2011 Camry online on their website. It was listed with automatic transmission. I live over 60 miles away, and after an exhausting trip in a blinding rainstorm, I discovered when I got there that the car was actually a manual...which I didn't want. I was a bit disappointed, to say the least.

However, Anthony Goins suggested a similar 2010 model, but due to the weather, I was unable to look at it closely. I decided to return home, and after doing more research online, determined that the 2010 would make a good alternative to my desire for a 2011. I returned to Columbus the following morning, test drove the car with Melvin Jiles, and decided on the purchase.

I was very pleased with the service. Anthony had two other customers that morning, but still worked hard to talk with me. I had to make another visit home and back to Columbus in order to complete the transaction. I was very pleased with the level of service and attention. There were a number of small cosmetic issues they have agreed to do, and I will be returning to the dealership to have those done.

I especially appreciated that they advertised on www.cars.com and www.autotrader.com. They do post different prices on their sales lot compared to those on the internet...I would suggest that potential buyers arrive with printouts of the online price...the price I was given was based on the lot price, and they gladly adjusted it. My only oversight was that I didn't come with a Kelley's or Edmunds value on my trade-in. Kelly's listed the trade-in price as $926.00, and I received only $500.00. They relisted my vehicle online for $2,900.00, but I will assume they will be doing a number of repairs to make more attractive to a buyer. However, they agreed to provide a full set of new floor mats.
