Went there to get a antifreeze leak repaired, Thank God my son ,a mechanic , came to the dealer to inspect the rear ac lines. Toyota Direct wanted to charge me $3182.00 to fix the leak. Turns out a $2.00 h my son ,a mechanic , came to the dealer to inspect the rear ac lines. Toyota Direct wanted to charge me $3182.00 to fix the leak. Turns out a $2.00 hose clamp fixed the leak!! I wouldn't purchase anything ever again from this fraudulent dealer. I definitely will never ever return to this dealer for anything,even though my car is still under warranty! More

I took my 2024 Venza for service on August 20 for the 10,000 mile maintenance. I was offered an alignment and balancing on a one-year old car. Not being car savy I said yes to the tune of 232.09. The receipt states that the customer requested both services. I asked if it was necessary and was told it yes or that it was a good idea. My husband was furious. Not on a one -year-old car with less than 10,000 miles. An honest advisor should have said that it was not necessary. I will try another dealership for service for the 15,000 mile check-up More

The woman who checked me in was rude and very dismissive of my concerns or the information I shared about my car. This is the second time I’ve had to work with her and she was just as dismissive the last ti of my concerns or the information I shared about my car. As for the dealership, I brought my car in a few months ago because I felt my breaks were slipping. Despite the woman saying it wasn’t a valid concern, they supposedly checked it out and said nothing was wrong. Then I come in for maintenance and surprise, my alignment is off. Why wasn’t this addressed when I brought my car in the first time? In addition, when I picked up my car, there were oil stains on my visor. Though I will say they cleaned most of it off when I brought it to their attention. I am very disappointed in Toyota Direct. If I had another choice close enough, I would not go to them. More
