There was no Mazda dealer close and I called Bob Caetelli's to see if they could help. Randy Wheelock, a service manager, said come on over. I did, he got the battery in the remote changed. . It turned out that the car battery was dead. We got a jump start and all was OK. But, Randy was very pleasant, did his best to help and made me feel that if I ever lived in the area, I would consider buying a call from the dealership. More
This place is FULL of thieves! They've done things on my car that WERE NOT asked for or required without asking, then they've overcharged us! And EVERY single time I drive one of my families cars off the my car that WERE NOT asked for or required without asking, then they've overcharged us! And EVERY single time I drive one of my families cars off their lot something breaks! They break things so you'll come back, or just not so what they said so you'll be back for the same thing! Then when you call them out, they basically call you stupid. Dishonest and ridiculous business. Don't take your cars here, save yourself the time and aggravation. More
Scott Martowski handled a bad situation (misrepresentation of services rendered) I had with a service rep and made it right. He went out of his way to address and correct the problem. Aft (misrepresentation of services rendered) I had with a service rep and made it right. He went out of his way to address and correct the problem. After the repair, I gave it a week to ensure that all was well with the truck. Scott followed up to make sure that I was satisfied and insisted that I contact him personally if any issues develop related to the replacement of the rear differential housing. In this day an age talk is cheap but Scott walked the walk on this one. Though I'm a firm believer in the "burn me once" philosophy with car dealers and garages he made things right and went out of the way to win back trust. More

Upon return Chris Pinardi told me that the Oil change went well, but there were problems with the inspection sticker. He then went on to tell me that in order for my escape to pass I/we needed to replace part of the exhaust. Chris then went on to explain that my exhaust was “Leaking” out through a section of pipe close to the motor and if it wasn’t fixed that my escape would NOT pass inspection. Chris then asked me when would be a good time to fix this problem because “you only have about 4 days left in the month for a sticker.” I then asked Chris how much this “fix” would cost me. He told me about “$570 dollars.” I immediately told him “no”. I then paid my oil change bill, but before I left I asked Chris again, “so if I don’t have this muffler fix my escape will NOT pass inspection.” Chris then replied after a second of thought “No” The next day I received my inspection sticker from a different garage, without a problem, it was apparent to me that the I didn’t NEED any type of muffler work on my vehicle for it to pass inspection. I then entered Ford of Greenfield and spoke to Chris Pinardi face to face. I explained to him and showed him my receipt that my Escape passed inspection (NO WORK NEEDED). Chris then gave me this generic excuse that “It should have never passed, Bla, Bla, Bla” I kept telling him that my vehicle “ PASSED INSPECTION. “ Bottom line here, my family will NEVER EVER deal with Ford of Greenfield again, Chris Pinardi and your Ford organization has lost a TON OF RESPCET FROM ME. I will tell this story to anyone who will listen to me. I will talk about your Dealership and how I was treated. I do not trust any of your employees at this dealership so I am sending you this E-mail Thanks for your time Matt hew Kempf More

The shop "adjusted" the belts for $75/hr and the car was cleared of all possible problems as per their statement. When she drove away the car did not have proper power steering. Immediately after, the next possible check up they said it will cost $770.00 for a power steering assembly. THIS IS ALOT MORE THAN A COINCIDENCE!!!! More
