Since we bought our Avalon in 2003 we have been with this dealer exclusively. We love this vehicle and even though it’s aging we are not interested in looking to replace it. This dealer did not do what I had scheduled to have done. I scheduled a 30000 mile service I got a 5000 mile service. The air filter was rated at yellow and the paperwork said we declined to replace it. We d I scheduled a 30000 mile service I got a 5000 mile service. The air filter was rated at yellow and the paperwork said we declined to replace it. We did not. We had to make the tech change the cabin air filter we had received from one of our previous visits. We were not charged for the 30000 mile service but it should have been done as scheduled and all filters changed. We did question another dealer about what should have been done. We were told exactly what we were expecting, but did not receive. We will probably use the other dealer for our future service needs. More
