He was told this was his only vehicle option, limiting his ability to make an informed decision. Optional add-ons increased the cost without clear disclosure, a $900 charge was taken without a clear explanation, and key vehicle details were not fully discussed. After reviewing multiple complaint platforms, I found consistent concerns regarding lack of transparency, pressure tactics, and unethical sales practices at this dealership. I also noted repeated concerns involving the General Manager, Mike Press, suggesting a pattern of dismissive behavior toward customers after the sale. Additionally, I understand this dealership operates with limited oversight, which may contribute to inconsistent practices, lack of transparency, and difficulty escalating concerns. Terrible! !!!! Had gap insurance and canceled it. They got the check and kept it for months. Tracked it down to them and had to threaten them with turning them !!!! Had gap insurance and canceled it. After threatening them I had the check in my hand the next day via FED-EX overnight express. What a bunch of losers!!! More
These guys try to relentlessly slide in unnecessary fees to your vehicle purchase and hope that you don’t notice. If you’re buying a used vehicle, the salesman lie about issues with the vehicle and tell you to your vehicle purchase and hope that you don’t notice. I bought a vehicle with an issue that the salesman lied about and 4 days later it’s so bad that I have to get the vehicle looked at and this dealership would not even take my call nor call me back until a rep from Toyota made them smh. Once I talked to the dealership about the issue, they refused to help out and basically said that it’s your car now. While I was there, one lady got up and stormed out of the dealership when they put the numbers in front of her for the vehicle that she was trying to negotiate for. This is by far THEE worst dealership that I’ve ever been to. These guys are very shady. Save yourself from a terrible experience and take your business anywhere but there! More
