I had a terrible experience with Steven Feazell at Toyota of the Desert. I went in for a simple oil change and ended up waiting over 3 hours with no proper updates or communication. This is completely unacce of the Desert. I went in for a simple oil change and ended up waiting over 3 hours with no proper updates or communication. I appreciate the fact that they don’t operate on commission but I had a bad experience. They forced in several garbage services / add-ons to the used vehicle and failed to mention these online. Came in for oil change. My lift struts where broken when you open the hood. No one bothered to tell us about it. And my motor mount was cracked all the way through.
