Abraham Makany was amazing throughout purchase process. He’s a very nice guy that is super responsive, communicative, and makes the buying process straightforward. The whole dealership was great. I mailed for an entire month to come buy a car. I get all the usual auto reply email responses, some signed from a woman and some from the manager no less. I respond multiple times to both asking I get all the usual auto reply email responses, some signed from a woman and some from the manager no less. I respond multiple times to both asking to come see the car. I even submitted my car using the KBB trade evaluation tool. in order to trade my Rover. I was serious. Still am. However, they are not. I get NO REPLY FROM THE SALES MANAGER even though I sent multiple replies, NO emails, no calls, crickets. I also asked the woman multiple times when I can see the car and was told they will call when it is actually there, but now it's not listed, and she didn't call either. Bad enough it took her 2 days for every reply. But they made me feel like I was not important enough to even follow up with. I guess they get paid by salary here, not commission because they suck. Look to buy a low-end brand and you get low end service. Poor training, crappy staff. I still get calls from Bentley, Range Rover, Porsche and Ferrari. Great staff training. I just want a Toyota for my commuter. I thought Manhattan would know how to treat a customer; boy was I wrong. If you can't sell a car, go work here at Toyota. The problem is not the brand, it's the staff. Steer clear of here. Same annoying emails in your inbox every day but ZERO follow up and you wasted your time. More
