We have been Toyota fans for years, and on this last visit (around March 10), I was fortunate to be helped by a Mr. Sam Johnson. Sam was very helpful in finding a vehicle closest to my budget and needs, he answered all our questions, and he was expedient in getting us the car I needed. When my lock/unlock remote stopped working, he helped in getting me into the service shop as soon as possible for a free service to re-calibrate the remote. The serviceman, Eric Marin, was very helpful in fixing my car and getting back to me. I am very pleased with my experience and my purchase, and would recommend the dealership to future customers. When I decided to bite the bullet and buy the Highlander that day, he worked with me on the color, price and options. I never felt like I was being 'handled', not by Chris or his sales manager Corey. The car needed to be brought in from another lot but they kept me informed and made the experience as easy as possible. I've been buying Toyota's in the Lakewood/Toms River area for over 20 years. This was my first time at Toyota World of Lakewood and I'm here to stay! More
