So glad I switched! After leasing my last 3 Highlanders from Galaxy Toyota I was growing tired of paying too much for my lease and an attitude that just didn't bode well After leasing my last 3 Highlanders from Galaxy Toyota I was growing tired of paying too much for my lease and an attitude that just didn't bode well with me. We left with a 16' Sienna XLE. The staff here are phenomenal. We had previously spoken to Carter but he was busy with another Client so the General Manager Mark referred us to Paul. Carter Nies made the whole buying experience so wonderful. I got a really great deal on a Toyota Highlander Limited from Carter. I actually couldn't be any happier with the experience. On Tuesday morning, I kn I got a really great deal on a Toyota Highlander Limited from Carter. I actually couldn't be any happier with the experience. On Tuesday morning, I knew that I was going to be in the area, and I had been thinking about getting a new SUV. In the past, I had a Toyota 4Runner, but Toyota changed the body size and starting doing a bigger engine in them since I had mine. Basically, I knew that I wanted the Highlander, so I called and checked their inventory. They confirmed that they had plenty of inventory and invited me in to check out what they had. From the second that I walked into their showroom and met with Carter, I felt very welcome and comfortable. Carter didn't put any pressure on me and he really made their dealership feel like it was full of people whom I could trust and would want to keep going back to for service for years. I know that Toyotas last for a really long time, so that's important for me. Even though I live an hour from the dealership, I will be going back there for all of my service and I can't wait to recommend Carter to friends and family. I'm down in South Jersey, but it's well worth the drive up to Lakewood. I ended up with a great deal on the Limited version and I couldn't be any happier with the entire experience! More
