service and parts awfull experience that was addressed by ma I was not to happy with the salesman who I leased the car from I like the manager and that's why I got the car over a year ago. Today I needed to repl I was not to happy with the salesman who I leased the car from I like the manager and that's why I got the car over a year ago. Today I needed to replace a tire that cannot be repair and the service I got was nothing near what I expected from Toyota. I was told I had to come to the dealer to find out if they got the tire I needed. they send me from parts to service to figure out myself if they had the tire and if they can mount the tire for me. None of the people I dealt with going back and fort was very nice. Then they sent me to another service person to gather my information because the one I was dealing with apparently was to busy to help me. He was nice and help me, although I had to drop off my car because it will take a few hours to change a tire. Then I got a call saying that they did not had the tire that was mistakenly showing in their inventory. I was told they will get the tire in by tomorrow but I have to pay for it today when I pick up my car. Then after I get there and pay for the tire I was told that "HOPEFULLY" it will be in tomorrow they will call me and let me know so I can bring my car and pay and extra $30 fee for them to mount the tire I bought from them. Never again doing any business with this dealer and their service department. After being contacted by the dealer managers my matter got taken care of with a free mount of the tire, sorry that misunderstandings and attitudes of few employees affect the service of a place. Sorty it took me to do a bad review to ger the service expertos from point one. The Managers did address the odie rigor away and er hoy a good service st the end More
