A few minutes later, I get a call from Jackie in Lakewood. She says they offer exceptional service and have a few of the high demand trucks in inventory. I could not agree to an appointment time because of my work schedule, but was in the area a few days later and swung by to take a look. I walked into the showroom and they had the exact long bed pick up I wanted right on the showroom floor! I met the lovely Jackie who introduced me to Deron, both were such great people and the truck was right there, we worked out some good terms, and BAM! I was on my way out with my newest toy. Although it was out for a test drive, he was able to gather from the agent that it was not going to be a sale. Upon my arrival, I was met at the door by Xavier and Jackie, who greeted me with the keys in hand and promptly delivered concierge-style service. After the test drive, I sat down with Xavier to negotiate the terms of the sale. Bill Kelly closed the deal within $$$ of my offer, even after sales tax, title, and other fees.
