Attractive financing brought me to Lakewood for a new SUV it was time to trade in my 2002 4Runner on a new one. Met Bob Elwell at the door and told him which 4Runner I was interested in. On the service side, I have taken my last two4Runners (1990, 2002) to Lakewood exclusively for service work. They have kept my SUVs in top running order for the last twenty years. Mark's lack of tack and ability to use his brain in a meaningful way almost made me leave the dealership. I'm glad that I stuck around though; Ian saved the sale. More
