They searched all over, and went far beyond the call of duty to get the exact car that we were looking for. Even though it wasn't an easy task, they worked diligently to find our new mini-van. I went to one dealer in Toms River and literally walked around for 20 minutes and not one person even so much as smiled at me, let alone say hello. Of course I left and went over to Toyota in Lakewood. Immediately noticeable differences in the atmosphere and everyone there was was upbeat and smiling. I met Daron who was talking with Sales manager LeMore at the time and both guys we're so gracious to help me with any information I was looking for. I told them that I was not buying and just doing research. We sat down and went over the details of what I was driving now and what I wanted next, and he explained to me each step in detail as well as knew everything about the car. I mean everything! He and the manager gave me ball park prices with and without my trade still knowing I had more research to do, but the experience was so pleasant and warming that I bought the car right then and there that day! I'm confident the deal was fair, and even if the 3rd dealer was one hundred dollars cheaper, the presentation and overall experience was well worth it! These guys did a great job and I will be going there from now on! More
