My experience We started with this dealership when we moved to the area 2 yrs. ago for my husbands Sienna routine car maintenance. They were over the top in friendl We started with this dealership when we moved to the area 2 yrs. ago for my husbands Sienna routine car maintenance. They were over the top in friendliness, were very knowlegable and we got the sense they generally cared about us and our cars. We then started to take my Jeep there for routine service which they graciously did. I was not happy with my present car and searched for about a year on what I would like to try next. Between the reviews of all the Toyotas by word of mouth, the Internet and their service department I chose to go there for my next car. Though my husband and I would buy this together it was ALL my choice. I test drove, I asked the questions. Bob listened to what I wanted, painfully allowed me to test drive all that they offered in my price range more than once, held cars we were interested in and NEVER pressured us on a decision, He explained everything to me so I could make a informed decision. I did buy a 2014 Highlander. With an excellent sales staff and a perfect maintenance department I don't see how any would go to any other dealer!!!!!!! More

Noel and staff made me feel like I was very important. They knew we loved the used Prius and made it work financially for me and my husband. Noel gave quality care and service to my entire family, which included my 3 year old son. He made us feel important no matter what car we were looking at, our price range and financial needs. I never had such a wonderful experience buying a car and because of the service alone by Noel and financial staff, I will always choose Toyota first (specifically the Lakewood dealership). More

LEASE EXPERIENCE My son and I were shopping for a newer car as he was going to the local county college in the Fall and being he was driving a 1992 BMW with 200000 mil My son and I were shopping for a newer car as he was going to the local county college in the Fall and being he was driving a 1992 BMW with 200000 miles, obtaining a reliable car was paramount. Working with Daniel Velez was low key, informative and no pressure. Daniel took the time to understand our situation / our ultimate goal and based on our feedback, he recommended to consider a lease vs getting a car in our price range which likely have around 60000 miles. In the end, we chose getting a 2014 Toyota Carolla vis lease and my son is estatic, parents are comfortable knowing son is in reliable car for the next three years.
