GREAT PURCHASE My purchase of a 2014 Toyota Highlander from this dealership was honestly a pleasure. My sales person was very friendly and most importantly was not high pressure, that was probably what I liked the most. The other thing was that it didn't take a long time to negotiate a good price for the car. And their service center is open 7 days a week. Very happy I went here First I went to Eatontown Toyota after being given a very good price the night before, I said I need to call around and get other pricing & I'll be ba First I went to Eatontown Toyota after being given a very good price the night before, I said I need to call around and get other pricing & I'll be back - the next day I come back to sign the deal and the price goes up 100$ a month!!! after sitting there 3 hours going back & forth I left, they said "when you find out Lakewood's price doesn't include taxes you can come back and this deal will still be here" Then I went to Toms river Toyota because I told them Lakewood price and they said "we can definitely beat it come on in" I get there sit there an hour and they could not beat the price, when I said why did you tell me you could beat it the SALES MANAGERS response was "we just told you what you wanted to hear so we could get you in the door" I left there and went to Lakewood, my sales rep was Bob, and the sales manager was Lemore- both were very nice & helpful. There was no games, the price they gave me over the phone was the price I am now paying for my new Rav4 which was the best price compared to 4 local dealerships. They got right to the point... Bob went over all the features of the car with me and was very helpful. I would 100% recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a car; I wish I had gone there first! More

Purchase of new car We returned to Toyota World of Lakewood because of our past experience with them. We purchased a new 2009 Toyota Sienna 5 years ago and a 2010 used T We returned to Toyota World of Lakewood because of our past experience with them. We purchased a new 2009 Toyota Sienna 5 years ago and a 2010 used Toyota Yaris for our son 1 year ago and both experiences and cars have been great. It was time to trade in our van. We never had any problems with the van and got so many miles out of it and also had such a good experience in the past, that we knew exactly where we would be going to purchase a new vehicle. My husband had made an appointment with Sam Johnson and from the minute we walked into the dealership, he was so friendly and helpful. He knew exactly what we could afford, took us out to test ride a couple of cars and helped us make the right decision. David Branco got us into a great deal and was very helpful through the whole process. We will be looking for a car for our youngest son over the summer, and we know exactly where we will be going to purchase that. Back to Sam Johnson at Toyota World of Lakewood.
