Greetings All! I gave all gold stars to the Toyota World of Lakewood for many reasons. I leased my first car 2 and half years ago and the dealer was extremely sweet and willing to work with me and my budge of Lakewood for many reasons. My 2010 Corolla held up nicely (even after a road trip!) and never broke my bank at the gas station ($40 MAX at any price to fill it up from empty). Two weeks ago Joe Orlando called me and asked if I wanted to trade my lease in early since Corolla's were in demand, I figured "Why not!" and made an appointment. Mr. Orlando was professional and very nice from the start. He was able to answer all of my and my fathers questions with details. I told him what I was looking for in a new car and he was able to help me narrow down my choices with no gimicks! Since we're all on a budget these days I asked him what my options were and what had to be done that day for me to drive off of the lot with the RAV4 I was interested in. We crunched numbers and he took the time to make sure I was comfortable with the new lease and the payments. All of the dealers and managers were sweet and willing to help, I never once felt pressured to buy or lease anything if I wasn't ready, which was a HUGE help. I'm now driving my new 2013 RAV4 and I am EXTREMELY happy! Thank you Joe Orlando and all of Toyota Lakewood for your professionalism and all around great attitudes! If anyone is on the fence about going to this dealership, just call up and ask for Joe Orlando, he'll do the right thing for you, and he'll make sure you're driving away comfortable and happy :) More
It was so refreshing dealing with people who are passionate about what they do. They made the buying process so easy. They did not play the back and forth games that dealers play. They simply asked my husband and I if they could be excused for a moment to confer with their boss to see what they could save me. To our surprise, their boss Mark came over and introduced himself. He asked us if the Camry that Deron showed us had all the features that we needed in our new vehicle. He said the only reason he asked was because he wanted to make sure that this was the car we could envision in our driveway before he presented us with a number to "earn our business". My husband and I are not the easiest people to sell, but never were we asked before to let somebody "earn our business". Mark presented us his offer and we were a little taken back by the initial savings. We had just spent hours haggling with the Toyota in Toms River, by our house, to get relatively the same deal. Though Marks price was a little bit higher, my husband and I agreed. We just felt like these gentlemen had the customers best interest in mind. They gave us a renewed faith in the car buying process. They thanked us for the opportunity to service our needs and the General Manager himself, came out to thank us. Before we left both Cary and Mark asked us if we cared for some tickets to an upcoming Blue Claws game to take our grandchildren too. From both Walter and I, well done gentlemen! More

The staff was fun, relaxed, and intelligent. They were eager to earn my business in a non-pushy way. They patiently waited for me to decide on my car choice. My description of car purchases are usually up there with going to the dentist, however, this was much less painful and somewhat entertaining.
